Brainy Bunch Learning Center requires documentation to be provided
for each child prior
● Complete Enrollment Application and Agreement
● Current Immunization Record/ Vision and Hearing Screening
● A Current Photo (optional)
● Acknowledgement of receipt of handbook
We accept most major credit cards, and debit card. We do NOT accept cash, checks, or money orders. A $2 processing fee will be added to each transaction on all credit/debit cards. If processing fee is not paid fee will be added to your account.
A supply fee of 25.00 is due every July and January in order for your
child to have the supplies they need to perform on a daily basis.
In order to withdraw your child, you must provide a written notice two (2) weeks prior to the date of withdrawal.
Vacation time of one week without paying 50% is given to members
after they have completed one (1) year of service from their enrollment date. They will not be dropped or withdrawn. All tuitions must be current in order for vacation time to be granted. If vacation is taken before the year, 50% of tuition is due to reserve your child’s space in the program.
Tuitions must be paid by Friday to avoid additional charges. On Monday morning a $20.00 late fee will be charged to your account and $5.00 per day, per child until paid. WE have the right to refuse service if fees are not paid.
The School will be closed yearly for the following holidays. Dates will be sent out every December for the following year’s closing times.
